چکیده
Abstract Objectives Gastrointestinal neuroendocrine tumours (GI-NETs) are actually malignant tumours, and their most common location of metastasis is the liver. In this study, we define epidemiologic features NETs investigate demographic factors, clinicopathologic features, survival, oncologic results related to GI-NETs. Materials Methods 10-year study (2009–2019), all GI liver were taken out from pathology records. When classification based on WHO criteria, patients categorized location, sex, age, proliferative index. After studying clinical charts GI-NET cases, a complete panel IHC markers such as Chromogranin A, ‘Ki67’ synaptophysin used. Results: Based published data, not primary site for NETs; lesions likely have been metastases. The mean age at diagnosis was 52.72 years. research, 27.78% had colon 27.78 Two (11.11%) classified stage II, seven (38.89%) III, one (5.56%) IV. 120-month follow-up, 13 (72.22%) with colorectal alive, 5 (27.78%) died. Conclusion Treatment rectal difficult because it affects patient's initial involvement, often makes treatment patient. With suitable management, prognosis can be positive long but tumour variation grade, efficiency selected treatment, also adherence follow-up.

These rather slowly growing neoplasms have been assigned a good prognosis but when liver metastases are present the prognosis is not better than that of most other malignant tumours.
